CV-Library is recruiting a skilled Social Care Assistant to support our Reablement team. In this role, you will contribute to delivering high-quality care services to adults, ensuring their well-being and independence.
About the Position:- Fully qualified professionals with experience in statutory social care are required.
- Excellent assessment and supervision skills are necessary for this role.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000, reflecting industry standards and location.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:- A DipSW, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in statutory social care, ideally in Kinship & Fostering, is preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
