Job Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: EE Contact Centre
Salary: £23,504 rising to £24,064 after 8 months, plus incentives and bonuses.
Job Summary: We're looking for a confident and skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers over the phone. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their queries and resolving any issues they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers over the phone.
- Answer customer queries and resolve any issues they may have.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.
