  • Benefits: Secure benefits for members and provide guidance on available options.
  • Account Queries: Advise members on account-related queries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Computer Literacy: Good level of computer literacy is required to access and input data into necessary systems.
  • Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is crucial.
