**Job Title:** Advanced Clinical Practitioner

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Willing Care. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a supportive environment and is committed to delivering excellence in mental health treatment.

 

**About the Role:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial assessments of new admissions, working under the guidance of the Consultant Psychiatrist and in collaboration with the ward team. They will also lead learning activities, provide clinical supervision, and participate in clinical governance.

 

**Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN)
  • Independent prescribing qualification as a Non-Medical Prescriber
  • Proven experience as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, preferably within mental health or rehabilitation
  • Commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based practice

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct risk assessments and adjust observation levels to ensure care remains as least restrictive as possible
  • Support physical health needs and provide emergency care as required
  • Undertake prescribing and phlebotomy within your scope of practice and competency

 

**What We Offer:**

A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a chance to work with a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality care.
