Advanced Nursing Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role within our healthcare organization.
As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that clinicians within your care area maintain a sensible workload and provide safe patient care. You will also promote effective liaison with statutory and voluntary agencies concerned with Mental Health and contribute to the development and review of Policies and Procedures based on best practice and evidence.
