About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our rehabilitation service. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial assessments of new admissions, working under the guidance of the Consultant Psychiatrist and in collaboration with the ward team.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct initial assessments of new admissions to determine appropriate care.
  • Clinical Leadership and Supervision: Lead learning activities, clinical supervision, and participate in clinical governance.
  • Physical Healthcare and Emergency Support: Support physical health needs and provide emergency care as required.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN): Valid NMC registration is required.
  • Non-Medical Prescriber: Independent prescribing qualification required.
  • Proven ACP Experience: Experience as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, preferably within mental health or rehabilitation.
