About this role
We are seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Health Recruit Network. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage the delivery of high-quality patient care in our operating department.
As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive safe and effective care during their peri-operative phase. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate and manage care, providing clinical and managerial leadership to deliver quality patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in theatre practice, with experience of managing and leading clinical teams. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff to achieve excellence in patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the delivery of patient care during lists or specified periods of time
- Ensuring patient safety checks are carried out in accordance with policy
- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives
- Developing and enhancing the skills and knowledge of others
This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary of £44,000 + benefits.
