  • We are looking for an experienced Perm 360 recruiter to join our team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, working across Digital Marketing, Tech Sales or Digital Media teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Experienced Permanent 360 recruiter from the digital sector.
  • Strong sales focused commercial approach.
  • Possession of a candidate network built through headhunting, LinkedIn, and database (Bullhorn) advertising.

Salary and Benefits:

  • An estimated salary of £80,000-£150,000, depending on performance.
  • 95% perm opportunities sit within this range.
  • 70% clients include advertising tech or marketing tech clients, 30% B2B tech companies across Fintech, AI, Cyber Security, etc.

About You:

  • You will be able to create and build a candidate network.
  • You will have experience in headhunting and networking.
  • You will have a commercial approach to recruitment.
