About the Role
Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anaesthetics Specialist to join our team. As a Consultant in Anaesthetics, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical opinion on a range of problems within the specialty
- Take full and independent responsibility for the clinical care of patients
- Organise and prioritise workload effectively, advising on the efficient and smooth running of the specialist service
- Manage and lead the specialty firm and multi-disciplinary team
Requirements
- Full GMC Registration with a Licence to practise
- Entry on the GMC Specialist Register in Anaesthesia (or expected within 6 months of interview date)
- Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively with patients, relatives, GPs, nurses, and other agencies
