Anaesthetics Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Anaesthetist to join our team at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Consultant Anaesthetist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anaesthetic services to patients across our three hospital sites.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert anaesthetic care to patients, including emergency and elective procedures
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement clinical policies and guidelines to improve patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development and delivery of education and training programs for medical and nursing staff
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of patient care
- Full GMC registration with a Licence to Practise
- Entry on the GMC Specialist Register in Anaesthesia (or expected within 6 months of interview date)
- Experience in anaesthetic subspecialties, including emergency and elective procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
