Global Head of NOC Operations

RedRock Resourcing is seeking a highly experienced Global Head of NOC to lead its growing operations function.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading a global/enterprise-level NOC/IT operations function, developing and implementing strategies across infrastructure and applications, and leading and mentoring a team of Analysts, Snr Analysts, Team Leaders, and Technical Trainers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption of automation/Site Reliability Engineering practices.
- Oversee incident response and problem management, and implement innovative monitoring and automation solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning, and oversee 24/7 monitoring of infrastructure / applications.
- Optimise performance and establish key metrics (KPIs and SLOs), and communicate effectively with senior management and other departments.
- Identify areas for improvement/automation, and drive change to deliver a cutting-edge NOC/operations function.
Requirements:
Proven experience of leading a global/enterprise-level NOC/IT operations function.Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategies across infrastructure and applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments.Ability to identify areas for improvement/automation, and drive change to deliver a cutting-edge NOC/operations function.What We Offer:
