Job Title: Global Head of NOC

RedRock Resourcing is seeking a highly experienced Global Head of NOC to lead its growing operations function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies across infrastructure and applications to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Analysts, Senior Analysts, Team Leaders, and Technical Trainers to deliver a cutting-edge NOC/operations function.
  • Oversee incident response and problem management, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Implement innovative monitoring and automation solutions to optimize performance and establish key metrics (KPIs and SLOs).
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning, driving adoption of automation/Site Reliability Engineering practices.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a global operations function and drive business growth and efficiency. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and implementing strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading a global/enterprise-level NOC/IT operations function.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to drive change and adoption of new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other departments.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
