About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Development Lead to join our team. As a Clinical Development Lead, you will be responsible for navigating the overall clinical development plan for complex programs, ensuring clinical studies are aligned with target label indications and are designed to meet regulatory, quality, medical, and access goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute clinical development strategies for complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyze clinical studies, ensuring high-quality data and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Clinical Scientists, Statisticians, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including CROs, investigators, and health authorities.
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support business development and licensing activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • MD or equivalent degree with relevant sub-specialty training.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical development, with a proven track record of leading complex clinical trials.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Strong understanding of clinical development processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
