We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Lead to join our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical leadership and work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to individuals in crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist assessments and interventions for individuals in crisis
  • Lead clinical supervision groups and individual sessions for team members
  • Undertake risk assessments and develop risk management plans
  • Act as lead clinician for safeguarding vulnerable adults
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Professional qualifications and post-registration training in risk management
  • Experience of working in a crisis resolution team and providing clinical leadership
