We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Locking Asset Manager to join our team at Network Rail. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to lead and direct the maintenance and renewals of mechanical and electrical signal points and mechanisms.

The successful candidate will have relevant railway signalling experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity, and a good working knowledge of various level frame types and forms of mechanical locking. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards and providing planning resources and support for all mechanical and electrical locking maintenance.

Key responsibilities will include conducting audits, developing and implementing overhaul and renewal plans, and training and supporting team members in testing, renewing, and modifying competencies related to mechanical and electrical locking equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to manage budgets and prioritize tasks effectively.
