Vacant Asset Management

We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to drive forward our disposal programme and manage the sales process for our void properties in line with our Asset Management Strategy.

As a key member of the Appraisal and Disposal team, you will be working closely with colleagues to make recommendations on vacant, underutilised assets and manage the options appraisal process.

Once properties are approved for disposal, you will be liaising regularly with agents, surveyors and solicitors from the point of instructing right through to sale completion.

Your exceptional communication and organisational skills will be essential in providing top-notch service to our internal and external stakeholders.

You will be proactive and able to make decisions, ensuring accurate information is provided and deadlines are met.

Experience in a conveyancing or sales progression role is beneficial, but not essential.

We offer flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work from home and collaborate with colleagues in person at least three times a week at one of our offices.
