About the role
This is a unique opportunity to work as a Residential Lodge Manager with Churchill Estates Management Ltd, a progressive managing agent of privately owned leasehold Retirement Living accommodation.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and their lifestyle is fulfilled.
You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers and internal colleagues.
This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge, the enjoyment of Owners and is hugely rewarding.
About you
You will be an accomplished administrator and computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
You will have an outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people, and be able to work 'front of house' with excellent customer service skills.
You will be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative, and be able to display good judgement and the ability to be calm under pressure.
