Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all equipment and facilities function efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Answer and direct phone calls to relevant departments.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
