Regulatory Affairs Associate and Artwork Coordinator

- What you will be doing
- This role will work with colleagues, external suppliers and design agencies to coordinate the origination and management of artwork for Alvita branded products. In the role you build up a knowledge of the legislative requirements for a variety of product categories including predominantly medical devices and toiletries. This role will be required to handle multiple projects, ensuring the delivery of artworks to the suppliers in compliance with legal requirements and agreed deadlines, thereby supporting product launches and or maintaining compliant artwork and stock in the market.

Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the origination of artwork for new product developments (NPD) and artwork updates on Alvita branded products (medical devices predominantly).
- Ensure all artwork is maintained, updated and developed to the same professional standard, branding and design guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders; colleagues, suppliers and design agencies to successfully deliver artwork on time
- Build up a knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements (recycling) to be fulfilled for different product categories.
- Manage multiple projects and artwork updates concurrently and accurately.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of artwork library.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on the progression and status of all artwork-related tasks.
- Support the preparation and administration of Standard Operating Procedures and master tracking documents.

- Strong attention to detail.
- IT skills.
- Ability to organize workload and can working effectively under pressure.
- Appreciation of the commercial goals of the organisation and the desire to contribute to the successful fulfilment of these goals.
- Preferable to have experience dealing with artwork management of any healthcare or beauty related products but not essential.
