About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in a prestigious investment management firm in the West End. As an Office Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a high-performing and dynamic financial company that values progression and development.

Salary: Competitive salary plus discretionary bonus, estimated at £32,000 - £42,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage front-of-house duties including greeting guests, maintaining meeting rooms, and coordinating refreshments
  2. Support team operations through calendar management, travel arrangements, and administrative coordination
  3. Organize corporate events, social activities, and charity initiatives both locally and internationally
  4. Handle office management including supplies, courier services, and maintaining a comfortable workspace

Requirements:
  • Experience in a front-of-house or assistant role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, and calendar management
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor
  • A self-starter mentality with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational abilities and proven multitasking capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
