Job Description

As a Sales Director at Accor Hotels, you will be responsible for driving hotel revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics. Reporting to the Group Director of Sales, you will identify prospective customers and establish revenue goals for existing key accounts and key prospects within your specific market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed hotel revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Develop and implement effective lead management systems.
  • Assist with the development/implementation of the annual budget and development of the marketing plan.
  • Champion sales technology systems and standards.
  • Participate in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events within the hotel and trade-related organizations.

Requirements:

  • Previous senior leadership experience within sales required.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications and or relevant computer applications required.
