Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Spirits Operations Manager to join our team and help drive the success of our beverage operations. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for supervising and leading our team of bartenders and cocktail waiters/waitresses, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our beverage offerings are always of the highest quality.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Spirits Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:



  • Supervising and leading a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters/waitresses to deliver exceptional service and ensure that our beverage offerings are always of the highest quality.
  • Assisting the Assistant Bar Manager/Bar Manager in developing and implementing our beverage strategy, including menu development and inventory management.
  • Ensuring that our beverage operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.
  • Collaborating with our kitchen team to develop and promote menu items that showcase our beverage offerings.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Spirits Operations Manager, you'll need:



  • At least 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced beverage environment.
  • A personal license holder and experience working in a similar environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience working with inventory management systems and a basic understanding of financial management principles.
