Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion and meet customer expectations.
  • Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers and business partners to resolve queries, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Accurately input order details onto all systems, coordinate jobs with end users, and place orders on Daisy Central and other portals.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical advice to customers, business partners, and internal staff to resolve issues and improve order processing.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Complete required reporting and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the provisioning team to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, business partners, and internal staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Have previous experience with Microsoft packages and a 'can-do' attitude towards work and personal development.
  • Qualifications: Possess excellent telephone manner, ability to manage own workload, and a positive attitude towards work and personal development.
