Job Title: Provisioning Apprenticeship
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Provisioning Apprenticeship candidate to join our Provisioning Team at Daisy Communications. As a Provisioning Apprenticeship, you will be responsible for providing timely and competitive quotes for customer enquiries in relation to MAC (moves, adds and changes) requirements for customers' existing telephony set up.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Task management and coordination
* Welcome and confirmation calls, and sending confirmation emails
* Accurate input of order details onto all systems
* Liaising with customers, business partners, and resellers regarding order queries and amendments
* Providing technical advice to customers, business partners, resellers, and internal staff
* Placement of all order types on Daisy Central and other portals
* Coordinating jobs with end users
* Dealing with order rejections
* Liaising with customers and business partners to resolve issues and provide regular updates
* Raising and resolving provisioning escalations and faults
* Checking all accounts are set-up and billing correctly
* Scheduling and actioning all tasks to completion within specified timescales
* Following all procedures and delivering high-level customer service for maximum customer satisfaction
* Working towards set KPIs, goals, and objectives
* Ensuring all systems are kept fully updated for each action and point of customer contact
* Completing any required reporting
**Requirements:**
* Excellent telephone manner
* Ability to manage own workload
* Previous experience of Microsoft packages
* A 'can do' and positive attitude towards work and personal development
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
