Job Title: Provisioning Coordinator

At Daisy Communications, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Provisioning Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service termination processes across various supplier portals and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tasks within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Oversee cease queues based on product categories
  • Terminate services on supplier portals and update internal systems with complete notes and follow-up actions
  • Provide timely updates to internal teams and customers via SMS, telephone, and email
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve escalations and ensure cease orders are completed satisfactorily
  • Update assets and billing items as necessary
  • Adhere to established procedures and deliver exceptional customer service to meet customer satisfaction goals
  • Work towards set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), goals, and objectives
  • Ensure all systems are up-to-date for each action and point of customer contact
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with IT systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work systematically
  • Ability to manage workload and work effectively as part of a team
  • Previous experience with Microsoft packages
  • Positive attitude towards work and personal development
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
