About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Assistant at Briarscroft Residential Care Home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality housekeeping services, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the care home.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide a high-quality housekeeping service, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the care home.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to enrich the lives of our residents, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and kindness.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Requirements

  • Experience in housekeeping or a related field is desirable but not essential; we offer comprehensive training and support to ensure success.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
