Job Overview

Eventogy is a pioneering event technology company seeking a skilled Head of Marketing Operations to drive our marketing strategy and ensure the success of our business.

About the Role

As our Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our mission to empower the exchange of business ideas and knowledge globally.
  • Take full ownership of the marketing site, monitoring its performance and setting KPIs to ensure it generates the required volume of inbound leads.
  • Position Eventogy as a leader in the event technology industry through unique and creative brand initiatives.
  • Champion new and emerging marketing trends and technologies, testing and implementing creative marketing initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make informed decisions to refine and optimise our marketing strategy.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships that align with our vision and expand our reach within the corporate events industry.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar role in a technology or B2B environment.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimising a marketing site, with a focus on lead generation and performance tracking.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to challenge traditional approaches and develop unique solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, web analytics, and A/B testing.

Estimated Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000 per year.
