About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Marketing Strategy and Operations to join our team at Smart Energy GB.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing strategy and operations, driving the adoption of smart meters across England, Scotland, and Wales.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in integrated marketing campaigns, with experience in leading teams and managing budgets of up to £25m.

They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive consumer behavior change, working closely with our Insight & Analytics department to utilize audience and performance data for marketing campaigns.

Key tasks and responsibilities include leading integrated marketing campaigns and projects, overseeing all digital output, including website development and management, social media strategy and management, and planning and managing digital asset visibility through display and paid social advertising, PPC, and SEO.

The ideal candidate will have excellent management skills, with the ability to head up the development of clear and robust strategic recommendations, write effective client creative briefs, evaluate creative work, and challenge media plans.

A salary of approximately £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this exciting opportunity.
