Head of Private Client Solicitor

Our client, a respected law firm with a history of excellence, is seeking a highly skilled Head of Private Client Solicitor to lead and expand their department.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a team of Private Client Solicitors
- Oversee client service, team management, business development, and regulatory compliance
- Expand the department's services to cover Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Administration, Court of Protection, Deputyship management, IHT and Asset Protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Compensation Trusts
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in Private Client law
- Proven team management and leadership skills, with strong business development, communication, problem-solving, and client relationships
- Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office
- Driven and professional, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
