Head of Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor to lead our Private Client department. As Head of Private Client, you will be responsible for overseeing the team, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and expand the Private Client department, covering Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Administration, Court of Protection, Deputyship management, IHT and Asset Protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Compensation Trusts.
- Oversee client service, team management, business development, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a team of Private Client Solicitors, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in Private Client law.
- Proven track record in team management and leadership, with strong skills in business development, communication, problem-solving, and client relationships.
- Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office.
- Driven and professional, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
