Job Title: Head of Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Private Client Solicitor to lead our Private Client department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality legal services to our clients, managing a team of solicitors, and driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of solicitors in the Private Client department
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and development
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on Private Client matters
  • Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Private Client law and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in Private Client law
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience
  • Strong business development and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Completed or working towards a STEP diploma
