The hourly rate is £11.70 per hour for those 21+, £9.60 per hour for those between 18-20 years old, and £7.85 per hour for those between 16-17 years old. Once the required retail induction PaSS stages are completed, the pay will increase to £12.05 per hour for those 21+, £9.87 per hour for those between 18-20 years old, and £8.07 per hour for those between 16-17 years old.

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Advisor to join our team in Coatbridge on a 12 hours per week contract. This role requires good availability as it includes a mixture of weekend and weekday working.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Advise customers on shoe care and accessories to complement their needs, achieving daily KPI's in the process
  • Be self-aware, able to question, learn, and take responsibility for yourself
  • Be a team player, maintaining a friendly, engaging, and positive attitude
  • Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom
