Payroll and HR Administrator

Our client, a reputable business within the leisure and sporting industry, is seeking a Payroll and HR Administrator to join their HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Senior HR Manager in preparing, administering, and processing all payroll.
  2. Verify the accuracy of overtime submissions and prepare the monthly overtime spreadsheet.
  3. Support the monthly Pension submissions process via Nest, Aegon, and Aviva, and other individual schemes.
  4. Reconcile the monthly pension contributions, understanding the reasons for any variances.
  5. Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling and conducting interviews.
  6. Manage and track new starters and leavers, ensuring all compliance checks are completed, including right to work, reference requests, contracts, and maintaining accurate audit trails for payroll purposes.
  7. Support benefits administration, including enrolment and changes.
  8. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
