Our client, a reputable business within the leisure and sporting industry, is seeking a Payroll and HR Administrator to join their HR team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Senior HR Manager in preparing, administering, and processing all payroll.
- Verify the accuracy of overtime submissions and prepare the monthly overtime spreadsheet.
- Support the monthly Pension submissions process via Nest, Aegon, and Aviva, and other individual schemes.
- Reconcile the monthly pension contributions, understanding the reasons for any variances.
- Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Manage and track new starters and leavers, ensuring all compliance checks are completed, including right to work, reference requests, contracts, and maintaining accurate audit trails for payroll purposes.
- Support benefits administration, including enrolment and changes.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
