About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical skills to interpret customer forecasting data and drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process effectively. Developing close relationships with customers will be essential to gather accurate demand insights, ensuring forecasts align seamlessly with business objectives and market dynamics.

Your Responsibilities:

You'll work closely with customers to gain product-specific insights that inform demand projections and maintain a 52-week sales forecast, adjusting for promotional activity and customer input. Responsibilities include reporting on forecast accuracy, preparing data for the S&OP cycle, and collaborating with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop precise, demand-driven forecasts. Additionally, you'll coordinate with procurement to ensure timely inventory replenishment.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Demand Planner with minimum of 3 years' experience in forecasting ideally within an FMCG organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is essential. Proven ability to work effectively with internal and external teams and confident in presenting to diverse audiences to foster insight and collaboration.
