About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team in northwest London. As a key member of the supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing demand plans and generating customer unconstrained demand and inventory forecasts.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage demand plans and generate customer unconstrained demand and inventory forecasts.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure demand plans reflect current market trends and commercial opportunities.
  3. Match sales, demand and supply planning to meet business commercial targets.
  4. Develop and deliver key performance metrics within the S&OP process.
  5. Facilitate S&OP meetings.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification or degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Economics or equivalent.
  • Experience in demand planning and forecasting within a FMCG manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Demand Planning software and ERP systems (SAP beneficial).
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Mathematical/statistical knowledge and ability to model, analyze and simulate data.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000, including pension benefits, 25 days' annual leave, and flexible working arrangements.
