About the Role:
This Demand Planning Director position is an exciting opportunity to join the Shiseido UK & Ireland team and play a key role in delivering commercial strategies and operational goals. The successful candidate will lead the integrated Sales & Operations Planning process across the business, steering key business decisions and driving outstanding forecast accuracy through deep data analytics and market information analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the S&OP process for multiple brands
  • Generate and calibrate statistical forecasts in SAP-IBP
  • Partner with commercial and marketing teams to assess local market information
  • Build holistic new product launch and animation forecasts
  • Control purchasing and supply of point-of-sale materials

Requirements:
  • Proven commercial forecasting experience
  • Advanced knowledge of demand planning systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Location: London, UK
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Maternity Cover
