We are seeking a talented Demand Planner to join our client's team in northwest London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing demand plans and generating customer unconstrained demand and inventory forecasts.

About the Opportunity:

The Role:

  • An estimated salary of £45,000 per annum.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 23 leave days + 8 bank holidays.
  • Hybrid remote working options (4 days in the office).

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure demand plans are reflective of current market trends and commercial opportunities.
  • Match sales, demand and supply planning to meet business commercial targets across all territories and the expanding product portfolio.
  • Develop and deliver key performance metrics within the S&OP process, improving accountability, efficiency, cashflow and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification or degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Economics or equivalent.
  • Demand Planning and Forecasting experience within a FMCG manufacturing environment.
  • Use of Demand Planning software and ERP experience essential (SAP will be advantageous).
  • Strong personal computer skills and advanced proficiency in the use of Excel, including spreadsheet tools.
  • Good mathematical/statistical knowledge demonstrated capability in modelling, analysis and simulations tools.
