Demand Planning Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining demand plans that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain demand plans that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial and marketing, to challenge assumptions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze and review sales, inventory, and consumption trends to identify issues and propose changes to the demand plan.
- Work closely with the demand planning team to ensure accuracy and reliability of demand forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics or engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or a related field, with at least 2 years in demand planning.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and data analysis tools, such as SAP, Manugistics, or APO.
- Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups.
