About the Role

As a Demand Planner, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts, monitoring inventory levels, and analyzing sales performance data. You'll work closely with our Brand, Community, Growth, and Operations teams to gather insights on promotions, product launches, and market trends.

You'll also lead and present regular demand planning meetings to Senior Leadership, identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving continuous enhancements in forecasting accuracy and planning tools.
