Job Overview:

As a Demand Planner at PUIG, you will be responsible for driving the S&OP cycle for our House of Love brands. You will work across multiple functions to ensure accurate forecasts within the demand planning system.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive forecasting strategies for our brands, covering 18-24 months.
  2. Consolidate demand from several accounts, analysing and adjusting forecasts as necessary.
  3. Utilise forecasting tools (IBP) to create robust forecasts based on statistical models and gained intelligence.
  4. Facilitate consensus meetings to ensure forecasts reflect the latest trends and intelligence.
  5. Prepare data for the UK S&OP meeting, including KPI analysis, gaps to budget, and scenarios.
  6. Lead new product launch forecasting processes, providing structured analysis.
  7. Manage local product catalogues, including product life cycles.

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Forecasting tool knowledge (SAP-IBP/SAP-APO).
  • Strong passion for S&OP and Demand Planning.
  • Power BI experience is advantageous.
