Job Title: Sephora Inventory Specialist - Demand Planning Expert

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning Expert to join our team as an Inventory Specialist. As a key member of our supply chain, you will play a crucial role in maximizing product availability and driving sales growth across various categories.

  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to optimize stock levels and ensure seamless inventory flow.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of purchase orders and resolve any issues that may impact inventory availability.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Maintain accurate records in SAP for store orders and regularly update product statuses to ensure relevant products are on-site.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Category Management, Trading, Operations, Finance, and Store teams, to resolve stock-related issues and improve overall business performance.
Requirements
  • Degree-level education in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Numerate, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Excel and other computer software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive work ethic.
  • Highly organized, able to manage time efficiently under pressure, and meet deadlines.
