About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Demand Planner in the UK & Europe region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective demand forecasting strategies to drive commercial success and improve supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate demand forecasts using customer data, market trends, and promotional plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory levels meet market demands while achieving production efficiency.
- Minimise slow-moving stock by creating and implementing plans to increase sales rates.
- Implement process improvements to enhance forecasting, reporting, and inventory management capabilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in demand planning, preferably in the wine or FMCG sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
