Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Demand Planner to lead our Supply Chain Planning function in the Food Manufacturing space.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic demand plans, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer requirements. This includes:

  1. Leading the development of a consensus demand plan, inventory strategy, and capacity plan for a portfolio of over 300 SKUs of Finished Goods and over a 1000 SKUs of RM.
  2. Implementing process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and maturity of Supply Chain Planning, resulting in better asset utilization and reliable data for Capex decisions.
  3. Managing project timelines and ensuring successful project delivery, including leading global cross-functional projects.
  4. Maintaining and updating Item Master Data and managing data supply chain.
  5. Developing and maintaining key performance metrics for Supply Chain Planning, including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and customer service levels.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Demand Planner with:

  • +10 years' experience in Supply Chain Planning in the Food Manufacturing/FMCG space.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced planning tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skillset.
