We are seeking a Strategic Planner to join our Richmond and Wandsworth Better Service Partnership team. This role will involve shaping local neighbourhoods where people can thrive.

The successful candidate will have a range of responsibilities spanning development management, strategic applications, spatial planning, conservation & urban design, planning obligations, and enforcement. Our new Place Division is focused on delivering positive change for local people at pace, enabling a coordinated approach to place-making.

We aim to deliver homes to meet the needs of local families and public spaces and services that improve outcomes for our residents and businesses. Improving the vitality of our local neighbourhoods is a priority, creating connected places where people enjoy spending time – for leisure, for shopping, for work, for learning, for play.
