Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Planner Position to join our passionate planning teams working in the Richmond and Wandsworth Better Service Partnership. The successful candidate will have a range of responsibilities spanning development management, strategic applications, spatial planning, conservation and urban design, planning obligations, and enforcement.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and project management skills. They will also have a deep understanding of the importance of community engagement and participation in the planning process.

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
