Job Title: Multi Service Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Multi Service Assistant to join our team at Williams Lea Limited.

Job Summary:

The primary focus of this role will be to provide daily back-office services to our clients and teams, including reprographics, mail services, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional electronic and hard copy file management services
  • Process and return documents to client files
  • Work with the practice management system to log and record documents
  • Maintain filing and work areas in a tidy and orderly manner
  • Collect and distribute mail to the centralised filing area
  • Maintain equipment and troubleshoot problems
  • Follow stock and consumable procedures
  • Prioritise jobs and meet customer requirements and deadlines
  • Provide photocopying, scanning, and printing services
  • Collect and complete billing or client charge back data
  • Ensure job requests are tracked on the system properly
  • Understand and comply with corporate standards
  • Bind final form documents
  • Perform extensive computer and data-related tasks
Requirements:
  • Experience in administration and document production
  • Computer literacy
  • Can-do attitude
