Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conference and Events Coordinator to join our team at Wotton House Hotel. As a key member of our sales and events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming event enquiries and provide expert advice to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution
  • Monitor and report on event performance, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
