Administrative Operations Coordinator

Our company was founded with the vision of making healthcare safer, and we've achieved this through innovative safety products and clinically-focused waste services that set industry standards.
We're expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled Administration Lead to join us in this exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, with a 'can-do' attitude and a strong ability to adapt to new challenges. As an administration professional, you'll provide high-quality support, manage processes aligned with business needs, and coordinate closely with our operational and transport teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer orders from placement to clean submission and billing
- Analyse data to confirm requirements and coordinate internal departments for customer requests
- Work towards Service Level Agreements and ROI standards
- Review and interpret data sets to obtain performance metrics, reports, and drive efficiencies
- Maintain accurate electronic and hardcopy records, files, and documentation
- Manage office inventory and lead initiatives to maintain standards
- Support customer visits and continuously improve administrative processes
- Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience (retail, operational, hospitality, or corporate)
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in improving processes and procedures
- A positive 'can-do' attitude and approach to responsibilities
- Ability to react positively to sudden changes in demand
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
