Our People and Culture Team at Sharpsmart has a new opportunity for a Talent Administration Coordinator to join the team in Spennymoor. In this varied role you will support varied administration responsibilities across Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

What you will do
- Preparing employee documents such as offer letters and contracts of employment, employment references, addendums, promotions, secondments etc
- Posting regular communications on company platforms (learning materials, employee awards, policy changes, training requirements, employee introductions etc)
- Update internal systems with employee information/documents ensuring compliance with GDPR and preparing reports for business units.
- Coordination and ensuring accurate records of employee benefits
- Support P&C team in employee meetings notetaking
- Support P&C team in coordinating the delivery of training content in person and using our internal LMS (Learn Amp)
- Support Talent Acquisition Team with advertising via job boards and support with sourcing for open roles
- General coordination and administration to the team, supporting with ad hoc projects as required

**Skills and experience required**
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in an administration focused role
- Organised with strong time management skills
- Knowledge of Micrsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Self-starter, able to use initiative, work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Well-developed communication skills
- Initiative, enthusiasm, and the ability to multitask and to absorb and assess information quickly
