We're currently seeking an experienced Administration Lead to join our team, someone who possesses strong administrative skills, is self-driven, and has a positive 'can-do' attitude. This role involves providing high-quality administrative support, managing processes, and coordinating with our operational and transport teams.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Manage customer orders from point of order placement to clean submission and billing
  2. Analyse data to confirm customer requirements and coordinate internal departments for request fulfillment
  3. Work towards Service Level Agreements and ROI standards
  4. Review and interpret data sets to obtain performance metrics and reports
  5. Maintain accurate electronic and hardcopy records, files, and documentation
  6. Manage office inventory and lead initiatives to maintain standards
  7. Support customer visits and continuously improve administrative processes
About You
  • At least 2+ years of administrative experience (retail, operational, hospitality, or corporate)
  • Strong knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience in improving processes and procedures
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude and approach to responsibilities
  • Ability to react positively to sudden changes in demand
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
